Bachar is the founder of Reaction Dynamics, which stemmed from his research experience at the multiphase and reactive flows lab at Polytechnique Montreal, focusing on propulsion & combustion dynamics. As CTO, he provides technical oversight for a team of multidisciplinary engineers through all aspects of design and development of launch vehicles with an emphasis on propulsion through requirements definition and control, technical performance metrics, risk management and system-level analysis.

Lennie raised over $750 million in equity-based transactions, negotiated credit facilities exceeding $225 million and completed numerous M&A transactions for both public and private companies. An experienced CFO and board member, Lennie has been involved with ConjuChem Biotechnologies Inc, Paladin Labs Inc., EmpowerPham and other public, private, and non-profit entities. As the former Managing Partner of the Montreal office of BDO, Lennie specialized in mergers and acquisitions, as well as taxation.
